I pre-ordered A Memory of Light from Exclusives online store on the 25th of January, I expected to receive the book just after it came into stores. The books however, have been in store for probably about a month and I still have not received my book, which I have already paid for. Two weeks ago (01/03/13) I sent a message to the online customer service to ask where my order was and why there had been such a delay. I received no response other than my order status being changed from accepted to special dispatch (from store). I still have not received my book! I am more then happy to go collect it from any of your stores and since they have had them in stock for so long already I don't understand what the delay is. I have placed orders from the online store before and never had any trouble, but this incident has left me hesitant to use the online store again.
