I bought a pair of shoes from Zando on January 17, I only wore them on the 27th of February, to my surprise the right shoe was bigger than the left shoe. I asked my niece who also wears size 4 to wear them just to check if she's experiencing the same problem. she confirmed that the right shoe is bigger than the other one. I phoned Zando call centre spoke to Natolene, she advised me that I should take a picture of the shoes & email it to them so that they'll be able to see that the shoes are not damaged. If they are not damaged they will do a store credit for me, I did exactly that to my surprise I got an email from her (Natolene) that they wont be able to assist me as the shoes are not in a resellable state / condition. What will I do with the shoes that doesn't fit nicely?
