I think I may not have been clear enough in my previous complaint. The issue is not with the fact that I am receiving your newsletters (that I personally consider to be spam) - the issue is with the fact that when I click the link to unsubscribe, I am presented with a form demanding my ID number. I'm sorry, but there is ZERO correlation between my ID number and my email address. Demanding a person's ID number to simply remove their email address from a mailing list is absolutely preposterous. The ONLY requirement to unsubscribe from an email list is to supply the email address that wants to be removed. Finished and klaar. This issue needs to be corrected immediately with all possible haste. Note that I received yet another newsletter that I wish to unsubscribe from, subject "Escape to Mauritius from just R3 698", but am unable to due to your ridiculous privacy breaching requirements.
