I'm disappointed that I bought a dining room from house& home and it came I'm a box!!! I don't understand why they expect us to assemble the furniture while they advertise it intact. As customers are not experts of furniture assembling and they buy what they see as being advertised. Over and above that, who must take responsibility for assembly that goes wrong or leads to damage of that furniture? This is totally wrong. The furniture should take responsibility by informing the customers in what state the furniture will arrive before it is bought.
