I logged a query with the Jet regarding my top up since they are the one that offered the top up. i got a call frm them last month and they said they have logged a query with the relevant company to migrate my card to prepaid. i waited for their feedback and no one got back to me until i was called by the guy named Daniel. he said he will log a call on the 7th of March which he did and their turn around time is 48 working hours. i called mtn today and they said my number is with autopage and gave me their contact number- 0861232424. i called them but they said they cannot pick anything with my number on the system and they gave me Jodie's numbers- 0860332244 and i called them, they said they can only log a call with the relevant department to assist. i requested their ombudsman's no and they refuse. i think its a poor service delivery cause its my rights to speak to the ombudsman if i am not satisfied with the process. i urge everyone to not take any top up they offered cause at the end, they put you from pillar to post. i regret ever accepting their offer.
