Went to hifi corp to purchase a washing machine and a 4 plate stove and i must say the service is very shocking from impatient staff to rude manager and the worst receptionist or whatever you call her, called the store at around 15:00 on saturday to find out if the delivery is still going to be made had my brothers wedding that we needed to attend and the someone at the store advised me that they delivery guys will call us to let us know they are on thir way as angry as i was for the inconvenient i get this stupid lady called Everlyn who doesnt have a clue what customer service/centricity is she is so RUDE THAT WOMAN she even dropped the call on my ear and i called 3 times thereafter and my call was not being answered then finally when my husband decides to call them then the call is answered and i speak to a rude manager wow after i bought in cash and chose to buy at your store while there are so many funriture stores at the mall i could have gone to
