Too many faults with their tech

I bought a camera in September - when I got it within the first 2 weeks it started freeing, thinking it would stop doing that I kept the camera - it was a minor problem that would only occur on certain settings... however... 2 months later I noticed the lense was no coming out/opening properly and it started freezing after taking one photograph... I took it to be fixed in January/February when I got a chance... when I got it back the problems continued... I have just taken it in again and feel that this should not be happening with a camera worth R1600! I feel that it should have been replaced when they realised it could not be fixed the first time! I have now been without a camera for important events an have to waste my time going back and forth between Makro. I will not buy things at Makro again if this is the case! It should have been sent to SAMSUNG the first time! I am going to end up getting it back broken again and then going to have to RETURN IT AGAIN! When I take it in the staff just sit on their Blackberries and ignore customers too!
