I am disgusted with the customer service at Foschini Hermanus. The staff have no manners. When I took a ring back that didn't fit, I was told that rings come in one size and I must get my money back if I am not happy. I asked if they have a service where rings can be made smaller, then told they cant make it smaller, then told they will make it smaller. When I asked to send it, the cashier looked at me as if I was giving her extra work. I landed up sending the ring away after being to the store a few times. I went to collect a ring that I had sent in to be made smaller, only to the staff member tell me that I must come back Thursday cause the people that make the rings smaller only came today. What annoys me is that when I asked her why she didn't call me, she just gave me this I don't care attitude and said Sorry. What makes this worse is that her colleagues stood next to her giggling. I was so embarrassed. I would like to know how this is going to be dealt with because I have to go back to the store to collect the ring and I'm to embarrassed to go back?
