I was doing my shopping on a Friday afternoon, saw an item with ticketing indicating the price of that item but when it was scanned at a point, I was charged a higher price than the one which was indicated on the shelf (I had bought the item a day ago in 2 different flavours at that price). I refused to pay more and requested to speak to a manager. Rowen was paged, when he got to there he said the price has gone up, and I refused to pay that amount, then he said I should be charged at a price that I saw. I then asked him about the CPA policy, he told me it has nothing to do with the price bt SKU of an item. Now how many customers know and read the SKU? He had such an attitude and told me I know nothing about CPA.
