Very disappointed with bad service and attitude

On 10 March 2013, I did my shopping at the PnP and went to the Cigarette Counter on the far right hand side to buy some cigarettes. There was no one there but at the refund counter just beside the cigarette counter there were 3 employees standing around. One of them was helping two customers (husband and wife) with a refund. I asked them to assist me when I got there. My friend with me went around the corner to get help from someone else but still no one came. After 20 min I went to the 3 standing at the refund counter and asked if any one of the 3 can maybe assist me, the black man was giving me attitude and telling me that the one lady is busy with the refund and neither he or the other lady standing there can help me. I mean seriously it's a till I almost wanted to help myself. This is unacceptable and this is shedding a very bad light for such a big PnP with so many employees working there standing around and when you ask them for help they give you attitude. I clearly said to him that I will be complaining about the service and he still was standing around and with the other lady not being of any help. The PnP only closes at 3 pm and I was standing there from 2 to half past 2
