I was waiting to pay for my groceries. In front of me, a Checkers employee was taking her time paying for her personal grocery shopping. Behind me, ANOTHER Checkers employee was waiting to pay for her groceries. The cashier and employee in the queue in front of me, were taking their time. There is/was no sign at that till, indicating it is reserved for the exclusive use of Checkers employees who want to do their personal shopping. The cashier did not refer me to another cashier - or apologise. This is not good service - it is not even poor service - it is just unacceptable behaviour! Your customers should come first!
