Today I visited the branch for their D66 sale! To my disappointment there was NO STAFF in the Mens department to assist me with sizes, don't even try to get a manger!! Eventually when I made my way to the Point of Sale, a lady Yoliswa assisted me to, ring up my purchase. Just when I was ready to sign I saw that the one markdown shirt was scanning full price. I asked her why is the sale item scanning full price and she asked me where I found it!! This particular shirt was hanging with their other D66 merchandise that is on sale in the sale department. She tells me the item is not sale and points to a rail where the other items are hanging - all Full Price and tells me if she gives it to me for the price on the shirt, she will have to call a manager!! Making no attempt to correct the situation!! Know my question is: "Why must the consumer accept incorrect pricing on garments? Her attitude was so nonchalant I decided there and then I will not purchase the shirt and I will not support the store in making turnover. Needless to say, I left the store without any apologies for the inconvenience caused. Once again, leaving the store very disappointed!
