I recently ordered a textbook from Kalahari, under the impression that it would arrive within 15 working days as promised. To my disaapointment ON the 15th day when i was expecting it to arrive, i recieved an email informing me that my textbook will arrive in another 14 days. The following day i recieved yet another email stating that the ordered textbook is out of stock. If they had notified me that the book was out of stock well in advance, i would be able to make the necessary arrangements, however this was too late notice and as this is a book i urgently need and trusted Kalahari to deliver the service it usualy does, i am very disappointed! Kalahari has been my one stop online shop and I have found their 'convenience' more of a pain this time. I will surely think twice before ordering from Kalahari again!
