I have shopped at Edgars at V&A Waterfront numerous times, and it is never an easy shopping experience, even if there is NO queue to pay it seems that the staff there have no idea how to scan the barcode and run my card through in less than 10minutes, .
the last time i went there, i had a money back card as we returned an item and they gave us this card to spend on other merchandise. the card was cardboard and said cna gift card on it, i recieved this card from the CANAL WALK store.
I went to V&A edgars and tried using this card, i waited about 30 minutes for everyone to figure out that it can actually be used at the store, the lady at the till phoned the manager who took her sweet time to stroll down there, and eventualy tell her that it can be used, no apology to me for waiting forever or the inconveniance either.
just thought i'd let someone know that the V&A store is in serious need of training and some enthusiasm.
