Since from last year my mom has been going to Edgars store wanting to sort this matter out until this. She registered with Cell C through Edgars to deduct some amount of money from her acc then cell C will transfer the air time, ever since she has never receive any air time until she decided to cancel the air time with Edgars. She has paid up her account, and has been going to Edgars to sort out this problem but till this far the matter has not been settled, she even went to cell c branch offices to settle this matter, and she was told that she has no contract and she is not appearing on their system. She went to Edgars again the lady assisting her called their offices in Durban to make them aware but to our surprise today we got an sms from VVM that the account has been handed over, were as the account has been fully paid up. I'm very disappointed with the service I got from Edcon, realy I don't know who is not doing their job properly here, being handed over were as the account has been fully paid up, and after taking efforts by making them aware that the contract is canceled. Is this the way they do busness?
