I, Jacqueline Boshoff, have endured the same situation as Maryke Shaw (seen compl.) where I wanted to Buy several items on the Promotion ail. Mr Regal state that it is their mistake due to the waiting of the price tags. When the Prices were given to me the prices were the same as the normal prices on the other racks. I asked Mr Regal how is this possible, and he stated that the product is on promotion, so those prices on the normal racks is promotional prices. I did not agree with Mr Regal because if a product is on a special price at Pick 'n Pay it is a mentioned at the products which in this case it was not. Mr Regal stated that this is there mistake and that they will put a "green DOD" on the prices at the other ails. I feel that this is False advertising and I should have been given the products on a promotional price due to the products that was under the promotional ail, and not the normal price which were indicated on the normal racks. I also went back a other day to the same Pick 'n Pay and again there were no prices on the products under promotional, I did not even bothered ask for assistance due to the previous 2h that was wasted of my time. This is unacceptable-False.
