I opened an account with Fashion Express which was approved and then when I went to collect the card I was told by one of the sales ladies that I have to purchase something so that my card can be activated and I can also receive discount vouchers. I selected 3 items which cost R 329, the saleslady assisted me and when I got home I realsied that the discount voucher that I was promised was not deducted from my acconut even though I qualified for the promotional voucher. Does this promotional voucher thing exist or they just want to attract people to open accounts with them?
