BAD AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

IM SO SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING MORKELS IN SOMERSET, I BOUGHT CUPBOARDS BY THEM MARCH IS MY LAST PAYMENT, EVERY DAY I CALL TO CONFIRM WHEN THEY COMING TO FIX MY CUPBOARDS, EVERYDAY THEY PROMISE TO CALL ME BACK ONCE THEY CALLED THE WAREHOUSE, WHAT MAKES ME SO SICK TO MY STOMACH IS THE FACT IF IT WAS A SALE THEY CALL YOU BACK IMMEDIATELY, EVERYDAY I SPEAK TO PAUL THE BRANCH MANAGER FOR MORKELS SOMERSET EVEN HE PROMISE TO CALL BACK, I WORK IN A CUSTOMER CARE ENVIRONMENT AND MY CUSTOMER'S CAME FIRST, BUT FOR MORKELS I DONT KNOW HOW THEY GOT THE JOBS OR HOW THEY BECOME MANAGERS BUT ONE THING I WILL NOT EVER BUY BY THEM NOR REFER SOMEONE TO THAT SHOP
