Selling damaged goods

Hi, I bought furniture from morkels on the 27th of february and the guys took days to deliver my goods as it was suppose to be delivered within 5 days, I went to the store on the 6th to find out the delivery status, so I cancelled the other goods as well as the delivery. I used my own transport to pick up the fridge and park lane 3pce wall unit from the warehouse, the unit was so wrapped that I couldn't even open it to view the status of it.when I arrived at home I found a whole on the inside of the unit and the joints were loose and they gave me a table that was on display which had scratches on it. I then reported it to morkels and they agreed for me to bring it back so that they can exchange it.on my arrival the warehouse decided that I broke it which is impossible, how can I make a hole on the inside within a day.how can I pay that much money for they qaulity of the unit. I also bought a bedroom set which is in bad condition a complaint was logged in january but I've been waiting since than for someone to fix it. This is really bad service and will force me to complian to icassa as I'm spending a lot of money on transportation to sort out this problem. Selling damaged goods?
