INCORRECT ORDER / LATE INSTALLATION /MISSING BLIND

Ecently ordered 4 blinds at Finishing Touches in Builders Warehouse - Strubens Valley.
the sales person (Vezi) swopped the digits in the measurement of the main bedoom blinds around and I consequently ended up with a set of blinds that is too short in width.

Then my order was placed on the 16th of Feb and paid in full. The was several errors made on this order, as I ordered a panel track blind with 6 panels, then the blind was changed by hed office to a 4 panel blind. Then the store phoned me several times to collect the order on the 28th and 1st of March. I paid for installation.

The installation was a total mess up as well. One week later, and the blinds was installed, and my panel blind is now missing and one blind short in width. I really would like to thank Lizet from their HEad Office to short this out - but I paid in full for goods that I have not received. I really think that Finishing Touches should check their staffs comptency levels - especially on made to order blinds.
