I would like to make a complaint against APATA CONCEPTS WEBSITE DEVELOPMENTS.
This company developed and hosted my website.
after a couple of year I told them I want to leave them, and I paid what was due to them. Bur for more that 3 times they are refusing to accept the ticket for the domain transfer and they are not responding to emails. I have made calls together with the new company to host for me asking them to release the domain and they agree to do so but do not act.
I cannot receive emails and I cannot do anything, my business depends on communication and for more 3 weeks now I cannot communicate. We cannot even do it manually as my domain is registered under their domain.
