I opened the jet/edgars account in 2007 while i was the university student. i finished up my studies and could not get a job. i failed to pay my account. I recieved letters and phone calls to pay. iv made the arrangements to pay my account. I have paid the money iv owed in cash. iv called them several times to get the exact amount amount i need to pay. iv spoken to three different consultants from ShapiroShaikDefries and Associate giving me different amounts on the 30 July 2012. This is totally umprofessional and unacceptable. iv spoken to the last consultant who gave the amount of R2207. I went to the bank and paid it in. iv paid from the following acc details: fnb, acc no.: 504511414440 ref no. 11956333 on the deposit slip on the 30th July 2012. Iv faxed the deposit slip and emailed it through. I was even sending emails to check if it was updated on the system. I got response that it has not yet being updated. iv got the copy of the deposit slip. yesterday i recieved an sms that "FINAL DEMAND EDGARS... for the different amount again R2492.24. Iam so at the moment and I will be taking his matter forward.
