Went to buy a wardorbe @ the fairprice pretoria on the 2of march on sat @2:30 I bought a 2 door wardorbe with a mirror, coofee in colour and it was a sample on their floor and I spoke to ntuli and another assistence, I asked the colour they say its called beech not coffe, I then paid out a R1000 for the wardobe cash, I even took a picture so that I can show the people who a to come and deliver to my place and I told ntuli that I not paying delivery because its expensive (350) to Olivenhousbouch and she said no problem, We I took the pic of the item I told my colleage that m afraid they might deliver a different wardrope from th one I bought, on wedneday I sent piet to go fecth the wardorpe bcause I was @ work when I got home to my suprice they gave him a wrong wardobe and which I never saw on the floor and I wonder how they signed it out as taken withouct comparing what is on paper, bbecause they take advantage that I am not there.and its a lower quality nd less cost to what I bought, if they where out of stock they where suppose to contact me and it false advertising and price. I want this mater to be solved, if not I wil take furthure steps.(06 feb 2013)
