In the past I have not received top-notch service from Zando and I made this known to them. However I decided to order with them again and I was pleasantly surprised to note that Zando's service has improved - from the emails sent to you letting you know what is happening with your order to the delivery on time. Thanks for listening to your customer's feedback and using it to improve your service! Because of it, it seems like I will be shopping with Zando yet again! :)
