Poor service all round

We ordered a dining room suite from Rochester Woodmead on 13 January 2013 and were given excellent friendly service at the store and the salesperson was very helpful while we were in store. He indicated that they have stock of the dining room table and 10 chairs in the color that we wanted. The order was placed and he arranged for the 10 chairs to be scotch guarded and delivered with no hassles.

However on first delivery on 16 January 2013, we were very disappointment when we received the dining room suite. TABLE TOP Colour WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE LEGS -DIFFERENT COLOR CHAIRS. that is- SEATING WAS DIFFERENT, FRAMES WERE DIFFERENT -WHAT A CIRCUS. So the friendly salesman promised to fix the order and deliver the correct order in 4 to 6 weeks.
The delivery company that was used, didn't arrange times for delivery and pitched up un-announced. AFTER SEVERAL MISTAKES, MILLIONS OF CALLS AND MANY DAYS OFF WORK TO ACCEPT THE WRONG DELIVERY, we went to Rochester branch and were again promised to sort matter out. however no attempts were made to compensate us at all. no time lines given and no assurances made. we are very disappointed and tired of all this - we need answers.
