I have purchased a pair of Kid's Gold earrings, she wore them in the store and took off the once she had. When we went out i showed the security lady my slip and she didn't even sign or look at it.
Both earrings got damaged the very same day we purchased with another piece stuck on my daughter's ear. I have been trying to have them exchanged but nobody can assist me because i don't have a till slip, i need the transaction to be traced and earrings be exchanged or i get refunded. the earrings were only worn for a few hours. Have a look at the cameras if you have to.
