I bought Lounge suite and the coffee table last year November and was given a broken coffee table and we saw it after the delivery people left, we then phoned them and reported the matter, they came to collect it and gave us another coffee table. After a week it was broken just under it and one of its legs were broken, when we checked it we realised that it was a second hand coffee table, we then informed them, they promised to come and collect it that was last year November, we tried to phone them, I went to the branch where I bought the coffee table from, they always promise until yesterday when I confronted the Store Manager by the name of Carmen who told me that there's nothing they can do I have to wait just like anybody else. She had this Nasty attitude that I should do as I please and leave her shop. We are stacked with a broken coffee table that was never used since it was bought, it was. I'm so disgusted I've never seen a person with that attitude
