Floors direct are the most useless company in the world, we have been waiting 6 months for them to come and repair our floors that THEY installed incorrectly and now want to charge us for their mess up. It has been a nightmare trying to get hold of anybody from Floors Direct to fix the problem, everyone we speak to has a different excuse as to why this matter has not yet been attended to. They are useless, from the regional manager to the installers. I have told everyone I know to never use Floors Direct, I have NEVER received such shocking service in my life!!!
