I had received notification to fica my Edgars account which I duly did at Edgars Customer Service Festival Mall. I was then sent another request to Fica the account which I did AGAIN at Boardmans Festival Mall (I think in December) - on Saturday when I wanted to make a purchase I was told my account was blocked due to not being Fica'd. This is ridiculous - nobody called me to tell me the docs I had provided were not sufficient and twice I had to waste my time in queues to do the necessary and complete the forms. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE get this sorted once and for all!
