I paid my account in full in January 2013 contacted the call centre and was told that it will take up to 10 days to send my paid up letter but to date I haven't received it. Each time I contact the call centre I'm given different excuses. I request that this matter be dealt with immediately, as I urgently need the letter today mailed to:
