Kalahari is affecting my studies

After returning to university after the holiday, every student has many books to purchase for their modules. I am no exception. I decided to order one such book online from Kalahari because I needed it ASAP for an assignment due and could not wait for Van Schaik to order it.

I placed my order on 18th February after Kalahari indicated that the book was in stock. This book was supposed to be delivered on the 20th February after I paid for it to arrive ASAP. I have since had to query the delivery (order number M10026981) and have been informed that Kalahari anticipates a delay and that my book will now only be delivered on the 20 April. That is two months after I have ordered it.

This cannot be acceptable! I'm losing out on marks for work I cannot do because I don't have this textbook. For an automated and reputable company like Kalahari, I certainly won't be making use of these services again!!
