Poor service customer care

I ordered goods with homechoice on the 6th feb 2013 online and made follow-up about my order and said they have received my order. To my surprise today is the 3rd mar 2013 I haven't received the goods. When I called homechoice on the 25th feb 2013 they said to me goods have already being dispatched and they are in JHB and on the 27th I called them again, they say to me they are in pretoria and the next thing when I call again on the 1st march I'm told that they cannot trace them on the system and I was given the Ref number for those parcels and when I ask them what is the couriers company name, they tell me that they don't even know the company that will deliver goods to my address. I even ask them to transfer me to the managers they even tell me that they have already gone home. Homechoice is playing with people minds. I've been a customer for this shop for more than 10 years, their service for now is extremely very poor (0%). Really even now when I'm writing this complaint report I haven't receive anything from their so called courier. Your service homechoice is very poor.
