Rochester - where is my furniture?

Bought a Corner Couch Unit and Ottoman from Rochester Centurion. After paying ridiculous delivery fees, My new couch and a second hand Ottoman arrived a week later. Send the Ottoman back and phoned Happyson the following Tuesday to ask when my outstanding furniture will be delivered. The reply was after month end???
That was supposed to be on Friday. On Friday afternoon I had to phone 3 times. Each time I was promised that I will be phoned back. Eventually got hold of Vincent who is allegedly the Manager who Promised me my furniture is on the way. He even phoned me back before close @ 6 o clock. Needless to say still no delivery on Friday. I was promised a follow up call on Saturday Morning. Nothing. I phoned again. There was no explanation why my furniture was not delivered. Spoke to Vincent again. After becoming very irritated and telling them that I will lodge a complaint, the response from Vincent was: "You're welcome".
Thank you Rochester for proofing that even "reputable" names succumb to the South-African way of Service delivery. I still do not have my furniture?
If you read this please do not buy from these people unless you can carry your own furniture home!!!
