What was meant to be an auspicious time turned into a nightmare 3 weeks later when I noticed brown spots on my engagement ring. I took the ring back to the store during the holidays and finally a decision was made on the 11.01.2013 that I be refunded the total value of the ring. My disappointment here is that this was not just a piece of jewellery I received for my birthday or Christmas that can so easily be refunded, exchanged or replaced. This ring had the highest sentimental value to me! This was my special ring and now I walk around engaged but feeling like some part of me is missing. My fiance arranged the perfect evening when he proposed to me and now I have to live with a replacement ring and my finance has to go through the entire process again of making my new ring just as sentimental as the one that was purchased from your store all at his expense because the product your store sold to us was of poor quality.
