My complaints is that today click debited my account which now i have to pay 57.00 in bank charges for a funeral policy that i cancelled . i called the call centre on which i spend money to do that advising that i do not want the policy as i cant afford in Mbali who was very help full advised on what to do, so i did, then a month after speaking to mbali reserved a call from Zodwa asking if im interested in the policy advised her no as I cancelled now i dont understand why they debited my account today.
