Efund and incorrect product advice

On 12/2/2013, i contact the homemark customer care division and spoke to a call centre agent who POSED as a marketing executive and provided me with the incorect info upon which i purchased the Silkx? n Flash & Go HPL machine. i received the product 2 days later only to discover that i am not able to use the product on my skin type!!! I contactesd Sheree the very next day to arrange for a collection and a refund thereof. Its is now 2 weeks later and i have STILL not received my refund. Each time that i call her she keeps giving me the run-around by saying that she will go upstairs and check on the refund. Now 1stly it angers me that the call centre agent blatantly to me about his designation and the product specs. 2nd that i have to scream and shout for MY money to be refunded to me??? Is this the type of customer service that you provide Homemark???
