I bought a R1 695.00 pair of shoes from the San Marina store in Monte Casino. I wore the shoes for one day and before halfway through the day, the front of the shoes were lifting. I then took it back to the store to be repaired and was advised that the shoes would be returned to me with in that week once repaired. I was notified over a week and a half later to collect my shoes and that the delay was due to the Veronica (store manager) being on leave. That same evening I wore the shoes, for literally 2hrs, and the same repaired shoe was lifting again. I returned the shoes to the store requesting my money back and was told the area manager would get back to me with in. This did not happen until I called in days later and Veronica informed me that the area manager said to tell me that there is nothing they will and can do for me and I must collect my shoes from their store. One expects a very high level of service and workmanship from San Marina considering the price of their shoes and I got none of the above. I am shocked and horrified at the blatant disregards with which I was treated and very disappointed as I had been a happy customer of this store and their products.
