Bad customer service

On 22/02/13 I ordered and paid for goods before 2pm for next day delivery. It was a Friday so I did not expect Saturday delivery but certainly expected delivery on Monday.
By Tuesday still no delivery so I e-mailed them. I received a vague reply the next day telling me that no instruction to ship followed through on their system. Furthermore, they would not have picked it up if I had not phoned. Washiela did not give a delivery date in her e-mail so I gave them a call on Wednesday morning. I was told by Nonny that she personally would make sure that I received my parcel the next day and she would call me today to notify me of delivery time. I did not receive a call so I looked at the online tracking tool that is provided and it said my order is still at the warehouse. So I phoned Mr Delivery and they told me I might get my parcel tomorrow (01/03) or Monday the 4th!
