Received a letter to go and FICA the Edgars account. We went to Springs and was told by Mabel at Springs that the Woolworths account statement that we took in was not correct. Nowhere on the letter received did Edgars at all state what type of documents may be taken in. We were given a fax number to fax our documents to. According to Mabel a SAP avidavit may be sent via fax. We went to the SAPS in Nigel and they did an avidavit for us. We faxed it on 12/12/2012 at 8:05 to 086 522 6279. I phoned the following Saturday to confirm if the document were received. Apparently they were off line and would phone me back... Well I didnt hold my breath and it didnt happen. We visited the Heidelberg branch and again tried to FICA the account. This time with the avidavit and id's. We were told it wasnt correct and when we mentioned that we took in a Woolworths account, that it was indeed correct. Now my question is... How on earth is it that you people don't know what one branch is telling its customers and we have to basically beg you to fica us? We received an sms this afternoon that the Edgars account wasn't fica'd and that the limits has been reduced. WOW WAKE UP PLS
