IN THE PAST MONTH AND A HALF I HAVE BOUGHT 2 ITEMS FROM PICK N PAY. A SHIRT OF R150.00 WAS FIRST. SECOND WAS A JERSEY ALSO FOR R150.00.ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THE SHIRT AND ABOUT 2 WASHES LATER THE EMBROIDERY ON THE FRONT STARTED TO COME OUT. I WAS NOT BOTHERED MUCH AS THIS COULD NOT REALLY BE SEEN. LATER I NOTICED THAT ALMOST HALF OF THE EMBROIDERY HAD COME OUT AND AS I WAS WALKING AROUND IN THE MALL MY MOM POINTED OUT THAT MY SHIRTS SEEMS WERE BEGINNING TO PULL LOOSE AND YOU COULD SEE MY ARM. THE JACKET THAT I BOUGHT ALSO HAD A DEFECT. THE SEEM WAS ALREADY LOOSE BEFORE I WORE IT THE FIRST TIME. I RETURNED TO PICK AND PAY AND THEY EXCHANGED IT FOR ANOTHER ONE. I WORE THE NEW JACKET ONCE WHEN I NOTICED THAT THIS JACKET ALSO HAD A DEFECT. TINY HOLES IN THE JACKET. HOW CAN THE QUALITY BE SO POOR THAT I WASTED R300.00 IN LESS THAT 2 MONTHS ON CLOTHING I CAN NO LONGER WEAR. THE QUALITY OF PICK N PAY HAS BECOME SO BAD, THAT THE LAST TIME I WANTED TO BUY FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THERE WAS NO PRICES ON. THE PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP. AS A WORKING MOTHER I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO LOOK FOR PRICES WHEN I WANT TO DO QUICK LAST MINUTE SHOPPING.
