I bought a sum sung plasma t.v in October 2012, i paid it until i missed one instalment which i was gonna pay end of February, on the 25/02/2013, they came and repossess my goods without telling me or giving me a notice, i gave then my goods and they asked me to pay it and i will get my goods, when i made a payment on the 26/02, they refuse to give my goods back, they threaten me and took photo's of my car, my account is now up to date and they still refusing to give my goods, am taking this to court, cos they are not following procedure
