I was browsing in Tygervalley shopping centre and decided to pop into Earthchild to check out their baby range. Nothing interested in me and as I was leaving the store, I noticed Naartjie right across from them. I have never been to either of the stores before, as I've always known both these stores to be quite expensive. But lucky for me, Naartjie was having a sale. I browsed around a bit and chose something I thought was perfect for my baby nephew. Just as I was looking around for sizes, a very delightful shop assistant popped around to help find the right size. She came at the right time I needed her and left after helping me, giving me space to decide. I took a while to decide and another shop assistant came around to ask if I needed further help. I finally settled on something which they even wrapped for me and they mentioned that they've included a return card if the mother of the baby wants to change the item which I thought was a fantastic idea. The service I received was truly exceptional and the ladies were very friendly, efficient and incredibly sweet. Well done ladies, keep up the good work & you deserve a pat on the back! I will definitely be back for more:)
