I would like to complaint about the poor service I received from Pick N Pay Hatfiled (in till 1), cashier: Charmaine Deembule. The cashier who assisted me was rude and unfriendly. She did not make any eye contact with me, she never greeted me nor asked me if I had a smart shopper. I greeted her and before she can finalise the transaction I told her that I have a smart shop. I gave her the smart shopper card and then gave her the money on the hand. She finalised everything and left my change on the other side of the till without telling me; she even called another customer while I was there still waiting for the change. I then enquired were is my change, she ignored me, I told her that i was talking to her she then just pointed to me without making any eye contact with me. I asked her why was it difficult for her to give me the money on the hand as I've did, but she then gave me an attitude in front of other staff and customers. I have never been humilated and emarrassed like I did by this particular cashier: Charmaine Deembule. I wish those responsible will deal with this matter. Embarrassed and dissappointed!
