Being a first time buyer from Verimark i am shocked by the lack of service i received from your branch in carnival mall. I bought a vacuum from a verimark stall outside the shop selling demo goods. they assured me and promised that the goods are in 100% working order and can return it should anything be wrong. I went home and to my suprise the swich was broken and the vacuum looked tampered with. I didnt bother keeping the slip as i assumed the item would be in working condition. upon me trying to return the item to be exchanged or even repaired, they bluntly told me thaeres nothing that can be done, i visited the store three times and finally after many arguments they accepted the vacuum and said they will repair it at my cost. I eventually agreed, ITS NOW ALMOST A MONTH LATER AND AFTER MANY PROMISES OF GETTING BACK TO ME I HAVE HERED NOTHING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM VERIMARK AGAIN! can someone please get back to me
