Makro = zero customer service

Late last year I purchased a side by side fridge and freezer. Paid a good deal of money for it but was not told about the promotion that was on. I read about it the following day. R1000 voucher. I called Makro and was told to come in to collect. Fine, I did. Waited around for an hour for someone to assist, but finally got my voucher.
Today, I went in and bought a Valentino Lounger. They are marked down from R649 to R499. Again, had to wait and ask for assistance. Finally had my lounger brought to me.By this time, I was running late, paid for the lounger and few other things and left. Only later did I realise Makro didn't charge me the correct price.
I called Makro (2 phone calls later after holding for 10 minutes and 4 minutes) was put through to Fiaz. He informed me that I will have to come back and they will see what the problem was.
I live in Alberton. It's not close. It means I have to pay for petrol because of Makro's fault. I'd rather spend a little more on something now than shop at Makro and have to go back because of another fault of theirs.
