Vodacom/Vodacare poor serivice

On the 25/11/2012 i handed in my phone (Blackberry Bold 9900) to Vodacom staff through Incredible Connection to be repaired as it is under warranty. IMEI #:356841043547162.
This is a phone i had purchased through Incredible Connection.

a refurbished phone was then given to me on 09/12/2012 IMEI #: 351503055032195 which did not work at all. I took it home tried to charge and it did not work. (Job number: 8366877-52102534)
I then returned it on 16/12/2012 and the staff requested I return the phone along with a charger so they could perform further tests for some reason.

I came back two weeks later and i was told that they could not repair the phone because it was not under warranty.
That phone not under warranty was not my phone as they checked warranty off the refurbished phone and not off my original phone.
Today i am still without a phone, it has been over a month already.

Im not sure if its the incompetence of Vodacare or of Incredible Connection, either way I am not impressed by this kind of service.
Please do something about this. I just want my fully functioning phone which is owed to me.
