Unable to repair squash racket in 4 months

Took my racket to Woodmead Sportmans Warehouse in early November to get it restrung: the guy (quite knowledgeable to his credit) told me I needed to replace the grommets too otherwise the strings would just break again. So I left it with them until, having been told a story about there being a delay with getting the grommets, I went and retrieved it without them having done anything. 1.5 months.

It was now Christmas time, so I waited until early January to try again.

I then took it to the Fourways branch (as this was closer to me anyway) and asked them to repair it. I took it in on a weekend, and asked them to phone me on the Monday to let me know how long it would take - of course this never happened, I had to phone them: they then told me the same story that the grommets were causing a delay. I left my racket there for around 2 months, and eventually went and retrieved it as it was clear that again Sportsmans Warehouse were not going to deliver.

Their communication to their clients is terrible, and their times for repair are completely unacceptable. I've had a different racket repaired elsewhere before that took less than a week.
