I have a top up on my phone and i will like to cancel it but the problem arises when i called Jet cause they are the one who offered me the top up. i am paying R33 for R50 airtime every month so i want to cancel it and they telling me that its gonna take 31 working days to update it which i dont get cause when they offered me the top up they specified that i can cancel it whenever i feel like. the ref no is 1802134884290. i called them last week Monday 18th Feb.
