We bought a Sealy posturepedic bed from H&H four years ago. The bed started sagging and I phoned Bravo beds, who informed me that I must report it to the store I bought the bed from.
We reported the matter and Bravo beds send their inspector out. We were notified of the required warranty fees and paid it immediately.
On the 23 of JANUARY 2013, Bravo Beds instructed House and Home Roodepoort to order the bed from Bravo beds. We phoned the sales person Peter at House &Home on a regular basis, just to get told they wait for Bravo Beds.
On Tuesday 12 February, my wife phoned the branch and we were told that the Peter is busy dicussing the matter with H.O. and he will come back to us. My wife had to phone him again and he said that Head Office admitted their mistake and they will send the bed from the warehouse immediately.
The next day my wife phoned and asked the Peter what happened to our bed, to which he replied, that he has ordered the bed from Bravo and it will take at least 10 working days to manufacture the bed.
I phoned Bravo beds and was informed by the manager that they have not received the order. Bravo beds then phoned the branch to get a order.
