I bought a couch on the 9th of jan 2013 and requested delivery for the 2nd of feb 2013. I was then told that they would keep the couch and it would be delivered.By the time the couch needed to be delivered I was told there was no stoke left, hard to believe seeing that I had purchased on. So clearly my couch got sold to some one else. It is now the 22 of feb and after weeks of and waiting I'm still waiting! Ive had to sit on the floor for the past 20 days! Its unacceptable and reflects poorly on furniture city as a branch. I hope you resolve this problem before you lose more customers
